Constructed of high quality bearing steel with titanium coating on each tap and die, this set provides both tap and die coverage in 18 SAE sizes from 4-40 to 1/8 BSP-28 and 16 metric sizes from 3 x 0.5 to 12 x 1.75 (see ‘Features’ below for complete size breakdown). This set’s quick release tap and die chucks allow for rapid switching between taps and dies, offering superior versatility for large thread work project, and the metal handle inserts in the adapters allow for non-ratcheting use.
