SHIPPING

Free ground shipping on orders over $30. We offer free standard shipping (1-5 business days) on orders over $30. Most orders arrive within 2-3 days of being shipped.

 

 

We currently do not offer expedited/rush shipping. 

We ship only in the United States. This includes APO addresses, Alaska, and Hawaii. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, territories or international addresses.

Orders usually ship within 2-3 Days. Time of order, availability of items, and validation of your credit card and address information can affect shipping times. If that is the case, we will contact you. If we are unable to successfully process your order within 2 business days of initial contact, we will cancel the order and you will receive a Cancel Confirmation email message.

 

RETURNS

All of our tools come with Performance Assurance against manufacturing and quality defects. If you feel that the product you purchased is not performing to its intended specifications, use our Warranty form and we can help you get the issue taken care of with a free replacement or full refund of your purchase.

To return unwanted merchandise, please contact us via web form or through our live chat feature within 30 days from the date you receive your order per shipping notification. All returns require an order ID (provided in order confirmation emails) and photos of product/packaging (front, back, side, and inside of box for items in boxes that are unsealed). If the product appears to be in sellable condition, Customer Service will provide a return slip that must be included in the returned box and further instructions on sending the product(s) for return. Please remember that only products purchased directly from our website (arestool.com) can be returned through this process; products purchased outside of arestool.com, such as a marketplace or authorized reseller, must be returned to the respective seller per their return policy (https://www.amazon.com/returns).

Unused products must be returned in perfect, unopened, re-sellable condition. ARES Merchandise items (shirts, gear, stickers, and gift cards) are final sale and do not qualify for a return. Any products that have been used or that are returned in opened or damaged packaging are unable to be returned to stock and will not be refunded or replaced. Returns that are received in unsellable condition will be discarded and not returned to the customer. ARES products cannot be returned unless in an external shipping container with return slip provided by Customer Service. A shipping label affixed directly to the product is not in sellable condition and cannot be returned to inventory. Unwanted packaged items must be securely packed in an external corrugate box or padded/bubbled mailing bag with the return label fixed securely on the outside.

Freight cost associated with returns is the responsibility of the customer. ARES Tool will provide a mailing label including the address for returns, but does not provide pre-paid shipping of any kind for return products.

 

REFUNDS

Refunds for returned products will be processed once the items are inspected for damage and approved to return to stock. Please allow 3-5 business days following our receipt of returned products for processing. Items deemed unsellable (used items, missing items, damaged packaging, etc.) will not be refunded.
