Do you offer expedited shipping?

We currently do not offer expedited or rush shipping, but our orders usually ship within 24-48 hours of purchase. We do offer Buy with Prime for those who want to shop on our website with the benefits of Prime, which often does expedite your delivery time. You can read about Buy with Prime here.

Do you ship worldwide?

No, we currently only ship in the U.S., including APO addresses, Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, territories or international addresses.

Can I track my order's shipment through ARES, and if so, when will I receive tracking?

How do I make changes to an order?

To modify an order please contact us immediately so we can make order adjustments before it moves to fulfillment, which in most cases is within 24 hours or less.

Inventory & Returns

I tried to order a tool, but it was out of stock, when can I expect the product to be in stock?

If we had to cancel your order because the item you purchased was out of stock, don't worry. Most items restock within 2-3 months, but please don't hesitate to contact us for specific details.

My order arrived but there is an issue. What is your return policy?

Please see our Return Policy here for website orders. For all other purchases, please contact the customer support for the website you purchased from. ARES Tool only sells on and, all other merchants or resellers are not verified.

All of our tools come with Performance Assurance against manufacturing and quality defects. If you feel that the product you purchased is not performing to its intended specifications, use our Warranty Page form and we can help you get the issue taken care of with a free replacement or full refund of your purchase.
