We currently do not offer expedited or rush shipping, but our orders usually ship within 24-48 hours of purchase.

No, we currently only ship in the U.S., including APO addresses, Alaskaand Hawaii. We cannot, however, ship to P.O. boxes.

You'll receive an email from Customer Service with your tracking number and other relevant information once it's available, typically within 2-3 days of purchase. If you do not receive an email, please contact customerservice@arestool.com.

If we had to cancel your order because the item you purchased was out of stock, don't worry. Most items restock within 2-3 months, but please don't hesitate to contact us for specific details.

All sales from arestool.com arefinal, and undamaged merchandise may not be returned. However, all of our tools come with Performance Assurance against manufacturing and quality defects. If you feel that the product you purchased is not performing to its intended specifications, use our Warranty Page form and we can help you get the issue taken care of with a free replacement or full refund of your purchase.
